Made this cake yesterday….YUMMOOOO is all I can say…I created half the recipe…for a single layer…I also produced 1 or two changes…used a complete egg, 1/2 cup each applesauce and nonfat greek yogurt…I only wanted to buy a tiny carton of the yogurt…I also utilised common and dark cocoa powder…we enjoy dark…then created a modest bowl of regular frosting….just sufficient to frost the top….
