Triple Berry Coffee Cake
This Coffee and Walnut Cake is a British teatime classic and a single I have in no way created prior to. I tried cutting the sides down to the level of the rest of the cake and when I put it together I decided to put the uneven cut side towards the middle so that the bottom even side of the cake would present a flat best. The yellow cake mix mixed with the red watermelon makes sort of a cake in an orangey colour. This looks Precisely like the coffee cake recipe on the back of the box of Bisquik although I’m positive this tastes way greater.
