  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 8-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. You can use an electric mixer for this step.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, to the butter-sugar mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
