Classic Carrot Cake Recipe
I made this for my parents 41st Anniversary last week and my 1st thought was I hope I get a piece! I added a bit extra of the spices, and utilised vanilla alternatively of maple for the frosting (per my normally non-picky mother’s request). Nonetheless, taking some of the fat out of a cake isn’t necessarily a poor issue, but it is a lot more about an approach to dieting that follows a low-fat formula. Then I produced the frosting and utilized some marscapone in place of element of the cream cheese, but believe I would have preferred to just stick with the recipe. I was lazy and did not use parchment in the pan, just butter so the cake stuck a little.

I specifically like the addition of the maple syrup to the cream cheese frosting. I created the carrot cake for my husband’s 30th birthday yesterday (Valentine’s Day!) – it was so great! I am now making my third carrot cake with the recipe right now – you wont regret it!!!
